A packed initial plenary session on the first day of the conference was introduced by New Transit editorial director Peter Stonham The 2010 conference was attended by over 120 delegates from across the passenger travel industry. All delegates rated the conference Good-Excellent and complimented the diverse range of key speakers.

This year's Travel 2020 exhibition and conference is going to be even bigger and better than before.
