Details of sponsorship

• High Profile logo: Your organisation’s brand will have prominent billing in all awards promotional literature, advertising, the official awards website and artwork produced for the event (stage show, menu, branded towers in reception, brochure distributed at event).
  
  * Premier headline sponsors will have top and equal billing with awards organiser Landor LINKS Ltd in all award promotional literature.

• A starring role: As a sponsor you will present awards, revealing the winner to the attendees.

• Best placed tables: The Premier sponsor receives 3 x front row tables of 10 places (30 places in total) at the awards lunch for colleagues and/or invited clients, and Category and individual award sponsors have 1 table of 10.

• Hosted reception: The Premier and Gold Category sponsors receive an allocated reception area in which they can host their guests before and/or the awards lunch

• Advertising and editorial in awards special: The Premier sponsor is allocated a double page advertorial and full page advert in the post awards celebratory publication. The Gold Category sponsor is allocated a single page advertorial and full-page advertisement in the post awards celebratory publication.

• Address the room: The Premier sponsor is part of the on-stage ‘welcome team’ alongside event host.

• Launch event branding: As Premier sponsor you would be listed as sole sponsor of the TRANStech Awards launch event to be held in Central London. This includes branding at the event and the opportunity to present to the attendees at the launch drinks reception attended by approx. 100 delegates.

• Video on screen: Short corporate advert package before the ceremony begins (90 seconds approx.).

• Advertising and branding: The Premier Sponsor will be allocated 2 x full page adverts in Landor LINKS transport journals Local Transport Today and/or Parking Review magazine.
