Best LSTF Project Team
This Award recognises the Local Sustainable Transport Fund project team that has excelled in all departments, including the design of smarter travel activities, their planning and delivery, their monitoring and evaluation, and securing their future sustainability.
Specific criteria for this award:
The entry should include:

An overview of the project as implemented, the main goals and objectives (e.g. congestion, health, and so on)

Details of project financing, budgeting, and timetabling; and the balance of revenue and capital expenditure

Names of the project manager and officers involved

Details of external partnerships and how they contributed to the scheme
The judges are looking for evidence of:

Commitment to partnerships with other parties including (where applicable) neighbouring authorities, transport operators, researchers, and civic groups

A commitment to project management and team building

Achievement of project management goals and wider transport objectives

The results, including infrastructure improvements, monitored behaviour change and assessed health benefits to participants

Consistent application of good practice in regard to scheme design, management, and roll-out / construction

Innovative approaches to design challenges

Challenges to delivery and how they were overcome
-
How the project is going to be funded in the future, including funding for further infrastructure change, maintenance of existing infrastructure and continuation of smarter travel services.
