Exhibition Setup:

Your exhibition stand needs to be set up no later than 9.15am on the 4th December.

You can either gain access to set up at 8am on the 4th December or if you wish to set up the night before you can between 5pm and 6.30pm.

Please ensure any advance deliveries are not made before 2nd December 2019. Also ensure that the exhibition name is clearly stated along with the date of the exhibition.

Please be aware that the venue will not take responsibility if any consignments are misplaced.

Loading Bay

The loading bay for the venue is accessed via a left turn off Sackville Street, just before the venue. See map HERE

Parking

There is no car parking available on site at the venue. Exhibitors can access the loading area to unload only, but then must return to their vehicle and park off site for the duration of the event.
