Please avoid repetition and make sure you stick to the word limits. The application form is straightforward:

• Title (of your project, service or scheme)

• Description (no more than 1000 words)

• Outcomes and impact (no more than 300 words)

• The total word count for the Description & Outcomes and Impact should not exceed 1,300 words.
