Following consultation with all stakeholders and receiving notification that a number of high-profile speakers would be unable to participate we have taken the decision to reschedule the conference to meet their availability. Whilst rail patronage continues to grow, the broader role of railway stations is expanding, with stations becoming city gateways, 'destination' properties and community / housing hubs. Rail and station operators, local authorities, developers and other stakeholders are finding new ways to release land value, unlock significant residential development, open up complex sites and drive revenues. This year's event, the 18th in a very popular series, is highly regarded for bringing together great speakers and delivering real insights. For 2020 it will explore how local authorities, the property sector and the railways are working together to meet today's challenges and make the most of new opportunities. |
