Rail Stations & Property has been re-scheduled

At Landor LINKS we are committed to delivering the best possible knowledge sharing and networking events. Following consultation with all stakeholders and receiving notification that a number of high-profile speakers would be unable to participate we have taken the decision to reschedule the conference to meet their availability.

The event will now take place on Thursday 25th February 2021 rather than Wednesday 23rd September 2020 as originally planned.

All existing tickets/bookings are now valid for the new date.

Whilst rail patronage continues to grow, the broader role of railway stations is expanding, with stations becoming city gateways, 'destination' properties and community / housing hubs.

Rail and station operators, local authorities, developers and other stakeholders are finding new ways to release land value, unlock significant residential development, open up complex sites and drive revenues.

This year's event, the 18th in a very popular series, is highly regarded for bringing together great speakers and delivering real insights.

For 2020 it will explore how local authorities, the property sector and the railways are working together to meet today's challenges and make the most of new opportunities.

The Rail Stations and Property Summit 2021 is the leading UK forum for professionals interested in:

  • Using railway property to unlock significant residential development

  • Devolution in practice: new ideas, people and practice

  • New business models and funding mechanisms for opening up complex sites

  • Regeneration and community rebuilding

  • Delivering the right infrastructure and development in the right places

  • Improving the customer experience to drive revenues
