New for 2019! Design and engineering for traffic management at Modelling World

This new session will run alongside Modelling World 2019 and will provide the latest bext practice innovations in successful traffic, transportation and pedestrian modellng, utilising the very latest ideas and innovations that are being developed and used to effectively model a range of improvements including, but not limited to:

1. New Cycle Infrastructure and Highways - how are modellers developing new cycling infrastructure to enable active travel, integrated networks, traffic phasing whilst keeping other vehicular transport modes moving?

2. Regeneration and new developments - how are modellers utiliaing new techniques, data sources and software to model significant new regneration and commercial / residential developments?

3. Pedestrianisations and pedestrian modelling - how are modellers using software to influence the impacts of pedestrianisation os areas in urban areas?

4. Health modelling - how can modellers measure health impacts of new traffic and transportation infrastucture / modifications?

5. Air quality modelling - lots of new data for air quality is being modelled. How is this being used to influence startegy and policy?

6. The latest thinking in junction and signal modelling and design
