Free Cycle Hire for Delegates - Instructions
Nextbike self-service rental bikes will be available at City Park for all delegates to use to get around during the conference on 11th and 12th May.
Bikes will be available to rent from 12pm on Thursday 11th May and must be returned by 5pm.
On Friday 12th May bikes will be available from 9am and must be returned by 3.45pm.
Make sure you are registered and ready to ride.
How to register (online only)
New nextbike Customers

Go to ‘sign up’ at www.nextbike.co.uk

Do not select any ‘subscription’ or 'partner' option, click continue

How to rent bikes at the event
The easiest way to rent bikes is using the FREE nextbike app. Follow the instructions provided to get the lock code. You can also rent bikes by calling 020 8166 9851.
Charges
Delegates benefit from 120 mins free per ride / 50p per 30 mins thereafter. If you exceed the free period your account will be frozen until you register a payment card.
All bikes must be returned to the nextbike stand at City Park and not to any other location.
Where can I download the App?
The nextbike App is free to download on iPhone and Android. Just search for ‘nextbike’ in your app store. Once downloaded, login using your registered mobile number. Please note that delegates must register online (using a browser) to be able to use the promotional voucher.
