CancellationIf for any reason you are unable to attend, delegate cancellations received in writing by 10 working days before the event, and exhibitor cancellations 25 working days before the event will receive a refund less an administrative charge of 25%. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after this date. Substitutions can be made at any time at no further cost. |
