The worlds can span massive regions of space, contain millions of individually simulated, persistent entities with complex behaviour, and run across thousands of servers in the cloud. Collaboration between Improbable and the Transport Systems Catapult demonstrated that it is possible to use this technology to achieve meaningful models. Jon will provide an overview of their technology and how transport professionals can use it to build large-scale simulations of cities.
