The GNSS Innovation Demonstration and Test Centre is a new facility being created by the European Space Agency (ESA) to provide easy access to developers and organisations who have a requirement for GNSS testing.

The centre is being developed by a consortium of companies experienced in this area or research.

The consortium’s vision for the Centre aims to address the needs of organisations exploiting GNSS technologies to provide a vast range of applications in markets such as Smart Cities, Transport, Maritime, Energy and Health

The Intelligent Transport and Automotive sector, is being led by Spirent. Spirent’s GNSS test division is located in the UK in Paignton, Devon.
