Jamie Kerr was seconded in to LCR from HS2 to run the HS2 Growth Partnership. The HS2 Growth Partnership has been set up to support the Cities along the route to deliver  regeneration and development along the HS2 route.

Jamie is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years of experience in property development and finance. Most recently, he was a director at John Laing Investments, where he was responsible for rail, education, health, housing and property partnerships with the public sector. Amongst other PFI and PPPs, he bid won and ran the Croydon Council Urban Regeneration Vehicle, a £450m Asset Backed Vehicle.

Prior to John Laing, Jamie worked for THI (Leisure development and funding), Thornfield (Retail led urban regeneration) and Sun Alliance where he worked on major urban regeneration projects as well as fund management.
