Chelsea is an Associate Director in KPMG’s Infrastructure Advisory Group with 10 years’ experience in the appraisal and funding of transport and economic development projects and programmes for local, regional and central government clients. Chelsea’s work at KPMG has focused on developing the case for innovative policy and funding reform proposals to support the delivery of complex and major infrastructure investment across the country. Chelsea’s experience includes a secondment to HM Treasury’s Transport Spending Team as a Senior Economic Adviser on all aspects of local and regional transport. Prior to KPMG, Chelsea was an economist at the transport planning consultancy Colin Buchanan.
