David is Chief Executive of LCR. He is a director of the joint venture with Lend Lease developing  International Quarter, London, a 4m sq.ft. commercial development in Stratford.  He is also a director of the Mayfield Partnership joint venture with U&I, Manchester City Council, and Transport for Greater Manchester, delivering the Mayfield development next to Piccadilly station in Manchester. David has specific expertise in the management, disposal and development of assets associated with major infrastructure projects often in joint venture with the public and private sector.  Currently working in partnership with HS2 Ltd through the HS2 Growth Partnership to deliver regeneration around the new high speed railway stations.
