Currently leading a team who has generated over £180m from asset management, development and sales over the last year.

Also a non-exec Director of the Kier-Network Rail property development joint venture Solum, which has a programme of developments in the south east for 2000 homes. Nigel is leading Network Rail’s efforts to deliver land for 12,000 homes by 2020.
