Head of Business Operations, British Parking Association (BPA)

Steve has been part of the Senior Management Team at the BPA for the last 8 ½  years and is responsible for managing the development day-to-day operations of the BPA’s operational services and associated activities

He supports new and existing members on compliance matters with a specific emphasis on parking on private land. He was chiefly responsible for the introduction of the first independent appeals service for private parking - POPLA.

Alongside this, Steve manages the contracts for the delivery of the Safer Parking Scheme, Disabled Parking Accreditation and BPA Lawline. He is also the Association lead  on procurement and contract issues.
