Philippe DEVAL (French Fédération of Parking Trades, FNMS) is Technical Director of INDIGO (ex-VINCI Park), the leading French parking operator.

His department is responsible for car park design and cost estimates for public service delegation tenders, obtaining building & environmental permits and managing construction or refurbishment works. He oversees the structural & safety works after major fires or other serious events.

Philippe represented the parking operators in the governmental commission responsible for revising the French safety regulations for car parks in 2015-2017.

From 2001 to 2008 Philippe was operational manager of a region that included all the public car parks (24.000 underground spaces) located beneath the La Défense office and commercial complex situated to the west of Paris.
