Peter joined Building Consultancy in 2013 with the purpose of providing a viability + master planning service for CBRE’s clients. Peter has over 28-years’ experience working in the private sector in the UK, Ireland, China, India, UAE, Egypt, South Africa and Mexico. During this period, he has acted as Project Manager and Lead Consultant undertaking a range of projects that have varied in scale, complexity and location. He has managed these projects from creating the client’s brief; inception at design concept and master planning stage; site appraisal and economic viability testing; full project consultation, preparing planning submission reports, through to gaining planning consent; and, facilitating exit strategies or managing the development on site to completion.
