WSP, working with PJA, have recently been appointed to support the development of the first Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plans (LCWIPs) by Authorities within England and will be providing technical support, across a two-year period, to an initial 36 Local Authorities across England through a Department for Transport funded support framework.
